Dan is a District Manager at Storage Star, bringing 28 years of multi-unit leadership experience in retail operations. Most recently, he spent more than 17 years at Sally Beauty Holdings, where he advanced from District Manager to Regional Operations Business Partner. Earlier in his career, he held district leadership roles at Linens ‘n Things, Bath & Body Works, and Payless ShoeSource. Throughout his career, Dan has focused on operations, selling skills, and people development, and he strives to be a go-to person for answers, support, and partnership. His commitment to supporting corporate initiatives across brands earned him the Unspoken Leader Award.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys RV camping in the mountains, cooking on his Traeger, and rescuing stray kittens.
