Melanie Criddle is the Director of Human Resources at Storage Star, where she leads HR strategy for a 100+ employee, multi-state organization. Since joining in 2024, she has partnered with executive leadership on workforce planning and culture strategy, raising employee NPS, and supporting the company’s growth. Melanie brings a background that spans HR leadership, organizational development, and clinical care. Before Storage Star, she held HR roles at Sarcos Robotics and served as an Organizational Development Specialist and Clinical Director at Odyssey House of Utah, where she led multidisciplinary teams and built training and compliance systems.
A SHRM Certified Professional, Melanie is known for combining strategic HR expertise with a people-first approach. She holds a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Touro University Worldwide, a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from UMass Boston, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Brigham Young University. She currently resides in West Jordan, Utah, with her family.
