With over 10 years of accounting experience rooted in real estate and property management, Der brings deep expertise to the Storage Star team. Before joining Storage Star, Der worked at one of the largest privately held commercial real estate investment and management companies in the country, based in Sacramento. Specializing in audits, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting and analysis, account reconciliation, and month-end close, Der has a passion for making processes smarter and more efficient — often putting the full power of Excel to work along the way.
A graduate of Fresno State with a BS in Accountancy, Der appreciates the balance Storage Star offers between meaningful, challenging work and life outside the office, where family movie nights at home in the Sacramento area with her husband and three kids are always a highlight.
