Eric is a Vice President on Storage Star’s growth team and has led the acquisition of 11 properties representing roughly $100 million in asset value. He was previously an Investment Associate at Brookfield on the real estate private equity team, evaluating investments across self-storage, retail, and student housing. Before Brookfield, Eric was a Senior Associate on the Capital Markets team at White Star Real Estate in Central and Eastern Europe and a financial analyst on The Walt Disney Company’s corporate strategy team. Eric holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, where he played on the men’s lacrosse team. He has also served as head coach of the Polish Men’s National Lacrosse Team.
