Stephanie Maddox is a District Manager at Storage Star, bringing more than 40 years of experience in restaurant and hospitality management, including roles as General Manager, Area/District Manager, and most recently Food and Beverage Director at the Hyatt in Princeton. Throughout her career, she has prioritized equipping her teams with the training and support they need to succeed, drawing on a sharp analytical mindset and a natural ability to motivate people to perform at their best.
Stephanie has overseen profit and loss dynamics and led continuous improvement initiatives that saved time and money while boosting employee retention. She has mentored mid-level managers into GM roles and built her success on clear, consistent communication. Her guiding philosophy is simple: people drive the process — respecting the people she works with is at the core of everything she’s accomplished.
Outside of work, Stephanie is engaged to her fiancé and enjoys cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles, watching Star Wars, and following Batman for his intelligence and relatability. She stays active through fitness, believes strongly in teamwork, and is always ready to jump in wherever she’s needed.
